From membership certificate to operational infrastructure.

Every phase carries a clear status. Planned functions are never shown as operational. Only administrators may change a function to “Operational”.

    Verified membership & member-owner status

    Active now

    Admission to ByteShares Andelsselskab, the membership register, a member number and an issued membership certificate. One vote per verified member.

  2. 02

    Founding members & Genesis Activation

    Under implementation

    The first 10,000 qualified founding positions and the first 2,500 annual members as a precondition for the first controlled infrastructure MVP.

  3. 03

    eIDspot — verified identity

    Under technical validation

    The identity hub that connects the physical person with the digital account. KYC/KYB, member number and certificate are linked to an identity-bound credential.

  4. 04

    VPLedger — compliance protocol

    Planned

    The compliance, registration and execution protocol in the backend. All on-chain actions pass through the VPLedger account.

  5. 05

    ByteShares DLT & VPL/TIB

    Planned

    The distributed ledger, VPL/Vimples as activation capacity and TIB as the planned utility and collateral layer.

  6. 06

    AI City & modular solutions

    Awaiting governance

    Governance, document workflows, verified identity and responsible AI modules built on top of the foundation.
