Two memberships. The same vote.

Every member becomes a member-owner of ByteShares Andelsselskab and has one vote. The difference between the two memberships is duration, payment and the special founding position.

The difference is duration, payment and founding status — never greater voting weight.

Two memberships. The same basic ownership.

Both membership types make you a member and member-owner of ByteShares Andelsselskab.

Annual Membership does not provide fewer voting rights or “only access to services”. Both provide one vote and the same basic member-owner status.

Founding Membership adds specific founder value — it is not what first gives you ownership.

Lifetime Founding Membership

You also become a member and member-owner — exactly like an annual member — but with a special personal founding position. The applicable monthly account/service fee still applies.

Founding status and a dedicated founding certificate
A limited founding position — a maximum of 10,000 qualified founding members
Collective participation in 20% of the defined qualifying future profit pool under the applicable terms
Still one vote — founding status grants no extra voting weight
