Governance

One verified member. One vote.

ByteShares is a Danish cooperative society with limited liability. Influence follows membership, never the size of a contribution or the timing of joining.

Verified members with equal votes around a shared decision-making table.

Registered Danish cooperative

One verified member. One vote.

ByteShares Andelsselskab A.M.B.A. is a Danish cooperative society with limited liability, CVR 46337107. The seal carries the original Danish institutional wording and is never translated or recreated.

The general meeting

The highest authority of the cooperative. Every verified member in the register has exactly one vote, whether they hold an Annual or a Founding membership.

The board

Elected to act within the articles of association. The board decides when application, Founding and payment functions are opened.

The membership register

The authoritative record of who is a member, from which date, with which member number and for which active period.

What cannot change voting power

  • Founding status grants no extra votes.
  • VPL grants no extra vote.
  • TIB grants no voting rights.
  • Holding tokens alone never creates membership or influence.

Withdrawal

Digital closure and formal withdrawal from ByteShares A.M.B.A. are separate but connected. A member must settle tokens, collateral, contracts, obligations and fees, and ByteShares may not move values without authorisation. After an approved withdrawal, the register, voting rights, certificate and any eligible repayment are handled under approved terms. Repayment is never automatic.

Transparency of status

Everything published by ByteShares is labelled as available now, an approved model, planned, or awaiting final approval. We do not present planned functions as operational.
