Your membership begins officially when your admission is approved, your payment is registered and you are entered in the ByteShares membership register. You then become a member and member-owner with one vote under the applicable terms.

ByteShares.dk is the layer for membership, ownership and governance. Once your admission is approved, payment is registered and you are entered in the membership register, you become a member and member-owner with one vote under the applicable terms.
Co-ownership after admission
Both Annual Membership and Lifetime Founding Membership provide member and member-owner status once official admission is complete.
One vote per member
Voting weight does not depend on contribution, membership type or founding status.
Documented membership
The membership register, member number and membership certificate are the shared documentation.
What does this not mean?
Membership does not automatically provide direct ownership of every product, a specific AI City or another company. Additional member capital also creates neither additional memberships nor additional votes.
